Description :

3D glass size characteristic measurement equipment uses the global advanced line confocal sensor to realize non-contact optical scanning of transparent material surface profile. Through the self-developed 3D calibration and reconstruction algorithm, it supports multi- DOF (degree of freedom) motion platform scanning and model reconstruction. It can complete the high-precision measurement of 3D surface profile, flatness, thickness, size, position and other characteristics. The system can freely edit the complete inspection and sampling tasks, under the premise of ensuring high accuracy, to maximize the output capacity and reduce the cost in operation.
